Taking ground from overgrown to usable
The heavy end of what we do. A Kubota SVL 75-3 track loader with a grapple and a forestry mulching head, a tractor, and a dump trailer to get the debris gone before we leave.

Not sure which one you need? Plenty of land people ask us to clear really just needs cleaning up — the underbrush out, the good timber left standing. That's a smaller invoice and a better piece of property, and we'll say so before we quote the expensive version.
Keeping ground from getting away from you
One-time, or on a schedule through the growing season. Cutting on a rotation costs less per acre than cutting once a year — an overgrown field is slow going, and slow work is expensive work.

The dump trailer works both directions: gravel, fill dirt, topsoil and mulch hauled in, brush and junk hauled off. It rides along on most clearing and cleanup jobs, so the property is clean the day we leave.

Home repair work is handyman scope — smaller projects and repairs, not full builds. We don't do plumbing or electrical. If a job is bigger than that, we'll tell you and point you to somebody licensed for it.

Common questions
How do I get a price?
Call or text 229-437-4800. The fastest way is to text photos and the address — acreage can be measured off satellite, so often nobody has to drive out just to look at it. Estimates are free.
Who actually shows up?
Eric. He answers the phone himself, looks at the job himself, and runs the machine himself. That's the whole model.
Do you haul the debris off?
Yes — that's what the dump trailer is for. On clearing and cleanup jobs it comes along, so the property is clean when we pull out.
Do you take small jobs?
Often, but there's a minimum — hooking up and hauling the equipment costs the same whether the job is one acre or ten. Ask, and we'll be upfront about whether it's worth it for you.
